Ms. DeRose began her own law practice in 1982 and has been a  lawyer in South Bend, Indiana for over 40 years. Her mission is to provide personalized attention, attentiveness to detail and reasonable rates to her clients in the South Bend area. With strong litigation and appellate experience, Ms. DeRose offers  general practice services. These include concentration in family law, wills, trusts and estates,  small business, personal injury,  contracts, Chapter 7 bankruptcy employment law, civil rights.  She is a certified family law and civil law mediator.
